With over 20 years of experience in the construction and remedial building industry, Jim brings a wealth of knowledge and skill that is demonstrated through all aspects of Rope and Remedial's operations.
Starting out as a concreter, Jim moved into the remedial construction sector, with a particular focus on concrete repair and cathodic protection. After gaining the necessary skill applications, Jim quickly progressed through site-based supervisory and management roles, leading to project managing multiple remedial construction contracts.
Upon learning of the potential that Rope Access Systems had in the construction industry, Jim moved to a leading Sydney-based rope access company, where he not only delivered as a senior project manager but also trained to become a Level 3 Rope Access Technician.
Across these varied roles, Jim has developed a track record of successful project delivery, long-term ongoing relationships with clients, and a reputation for genuine, reliable, and results-driven partnerships.
Rope and Remedial was established on the foundations of Jim's unique career path. His varied experience in complex problem-solving and high-risk construction work management allows clients to be assured that they are getting the best result that can be delivered.
